Submissions

We invite the following types of submissions:

  • thematic sessions of up to 4 talks,
  • regular talks,
  • posters.

There is a limited number of slots available for talks and sessions.

Session proposals

Thematic session should consist of a coherent set of 3-4 with a short intro. The duration of a session is 1 hour. Proposals should consist of a description of the session topic and abstracts of each talk, up to 1200 words long altogether (excluding bibliography).

All the individual speakers should be included as Authors in the EasyChair submission form. In the “Abstract” field please enter the description of the session topic. The proposal should be submitted as an anonymized pdf file (Times New Roman, 12pts, spacing of 1.5 lines) containing session description and abstracts of all talks, each marked with the speaker number from the submission form.

Regular talks and posters

Regular talk and poster abstracts should be between 150-300 words long. Abstracts should contain a bibliography (not included in the word limit). Since this will be a single track online conference, we have a limited number of slots available for talks. Papers that will not be accepted for presentation might be considered for a poster session.

Proposals should be submitted via EasyChair in an anonymized pdf file (Times New Roman, 12pts, spacing of 1.5 lines), containing abstract and bibliography. Abstract should also be entered into the submission form.

We especially encourage submissions from members of groups traditionally underrepresented in academia!
